Dances of Universal Peace, Tuesdays at 7:30 pm
Join in guided circle dance and song. No experience is necessary and all are welcome. The Dances of Universal Peace use simple music, lyrics, and movements to touch the spiritual essence within ourselves and others.
Southeast Portland Tool Library (SEPTL) Hours
Now Open Saturdays, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm, and Tuesdays, 5:30-7:00 pm, the Southeast Portland Tool Library is an all-volunteer library of home and garden tools which may be borrowed free of charge by SE Portland residents. Just like a library lends books, SEPTL lends saws, hammers, rakes, ladders, and seeds! Membership is FREE! You just have to be over 18 and a resident of SE Portland within SE Uplift's boundaries.
Candlelit Concert for Clean Energy: September 11, 7:30 pm
Candle light, live music, and a focus on cleaning up our energy habits. Proceeds to benefit clean-up efforts both globally and locally, with a portion going to the Gulf Coast and a portion to our energy efficiency projects around this big building we share.
